What I Ate Wednesday {10.30.2013}

Hey kids!!
It’s been a while since I’ve done a traditional WIAW post, but I wanted to give you guys a peek at how I’ve been eating since working with my coach. The only thing that’s really changed is I’ve been eating MORE of what I’ve been eating all along. Who doesn’t like eating MORE, right?!
Meal 1:
I’m still on my Pumpkin Protein Waffle kick. I just switch up what I put on it. One day may be sugar free syrup. The next day may be peanut butter and fruit, etc.

Meal 2:

I’m loving low fat cottage cheese with Kashi GoLean cereal mixed in to it. (sorry no picture of this)

Meal 3:

This week I’ve been having ham (don’t judge) in a pita pocket with Queso Fresco Chipotle Laughing Cow cheese, and veggies on the side.

Meal 4:

AGAIN with the Laughing Cow!! But I can’t help myself. Roasted Turkey breast with Laughing Cow on a plain rice cake.

Meal 5:

This little concoction is something I threw together on the fly: Chicken, spinach, green peppers and fire roasted tomatoes over brown rice:

It doesn’t look pretty, but it got the job done! And look at all those veggies!!

Did you check out my story yesterday on Wreaths Across America? You’ll never believe this—our wreath count went up by 108 in ONE DAY!!! We still have a long way to go (we’re at 1406 and want to be at 8500) but I want you guys to know you ROCK!!! Thank you for the support.

Would you also believe that one of my former friends accused me of using one of her pictures and cropping out her watermark?! She was wrong and you best believe I corrected her but talk about nerve!

What are your thoughts? If you volunteer photos for a non-profit, should you put your watermark across the pictures? Or accuse people who are volunteering for the same organization of cropping it out?

In my opinion, if you’re volunteering and are in it for the benefit of the organization, you shouldn’t expect shameless plugs for your company. The true measure of a persons integrity is what they do when no one is watching. Plus—get your ducks in a row before accusing someone of something they didn’t do.
